On August 20, 2019 we learned that the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY) was conducting a follow-up consultation on the draft Personal Data Protection Bill, 2018 with selective stakeholders. MediaNama published the list of questions that had been sent by MeitY to these stakeholders. We sent in our responses for these questions. A copy of our submission can be accessed below.
