Darpan advises domestic and international clients across sectors including fintech, financial services, technology platforms, and digital intermediaries. His work spans business and product structuring, regulatory strategy, commercial contracting, and implementation of data privacy and cybersecurity frameworks.

Prior to joining CMS INDUSLAW, Darpan was Head of Legal and Chief of Staff at a B2B fintech company, where he led legal and regulatory functions and advised on fundraises, product expansion, and strategic partnerships with banks, NBFCs, and other financial ecosystem participants. His in- house experience enables him to provide commercially focused and implementation-oriented advice.

Hariti Chadda is a public affairs and policy professional who currently leads Public Affairs at Truecaller in India, where she works on trust and safety, digital fraud, privacy, telecommunications, and technology policy. She has previously held public policy and strategy roles at Uber and Bounce and has worked extensively at the intersection of business, regulatory strategy, and public policy.

One of the significant chapters of his journalism career has been his coverage of the CJP protest. Gajendra was present at Jantar Mantar from Day One of the protest and covered the movement extensively from the ground for 36 consecutive days. His reporting involved being physically present at the protest site, documenting developments, interacting with protesters and covering the events as they unfolded. This experience reflects his emphasis on sustained, field-based journalism rather than relying solely on desk-based reporting.

He handled activities related to Information Technology (IT) Act, Personal Data Protection Bill, Social media regulation, Cyber Security policies, Aadhaar Act in various capacities including as Head of Cyber Law, Cyber Security, CERT-In, UIDAI in MeitY. He played an instrumental role in the development of the IT (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 and their amendments, bringing in a variety of digital platform regulations, social media regulations, online gaming regulations, and an online Grievance Appellate Committee.

Matthew Sells is Director of Communications and Marketing at Appeals Centre Europe, a certified dispute settlement body allowing people in the EU to challenge decisions by platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Google Maps. Before joining the Appeals Centre in October 2024, Matthew held senior communications roles at the European Commission, UK government, Confederation of British Industry (CBI) and the Oversight Board.
