A civil defamation suit was filed by Popular Front of Indian against Times Now channel for publishing false news which alleged that an officer of PFI was arrested for alleged murder of an RSS worker. Further, the news was then circulated on social media platforms like Facebook and Twitter. Summons have been sent.
