SFLC.IN is organising a series of nation wide consultations to elicit feedback from various stakeholders on the issues faced by the Industry and the Internet usersafter the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011 came into force in April 2011.
Titled as the “Round-table on Intermediary Liability on the Internet”, the consultation will be held in different cities of India.The round- table proposes to have a productive sharing of ideas and to collate data on the experience so far for facilitation of better policy on this issue.
