Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage human resource planning, employee agreements and other development plans for the team and work closely with all supervisors
  • Implement policies, goals, objectives, and procedures, conferring with board members, organization officials, and staff members as necessary
  • Maintains all financial records, oversees accounting and work closely with chartered accounts and auditors
  • Manage fund raising activities and budgets
  • Event planning and execution for national & international conferences
  • Work with Chief Technical officer regarding inventory management and website updating
  • Manage office supplies and other facilities for the staff
  • He/She/They must be in charge of board meetings and related procedural activities including scheduling board meetings, track & file board resolutions and minutes of the meeting

Job Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, or other associated programs and streams from an accredited university
  • A minimum of 3 years of work experience in office management, finance background is must
  • Excellent written and oral communication; and
  • Good presentation skill

Remuneration

Will be commensurate with experience and will be at par with sector standards.
