In an article discussing the Governmental Expert Committee’s white paper on data protection, Prasanth Sugathan (Legal Director, SFLC.in) was quoted as saying, “The problem with the white paper is that it is so dense, to make a summary of the white paper itself is a task. To start a discussion, you need to have people with an understanding of the issues involved… for that, this white paper cannot be distributed.”
