Mishi Choudhary, Founder of Software Freedom Law Centre, India (SFLC.in) talked to Tamil newspaper Thinabhoomi about SFLC.in’s initiative Digital Security Training (DST). She said, “Managing the risks associated with data breaches is critical, and these aspects largely fall under institutional resource incident response and business continuity strategies rather than individual training programs.”
Explaining the need for this initiative further, Vignesh, Technologist at SFLC.in, said, “Legal concepts related to data protection in the fast-growing industry are very important as emerging technologies like Artificial Intelligence and Internet of Things raise questions about privacy and data protection.”
