Mishi Choudhary, Founder of SFLC.in, has been featured in an article by The Economic Times. The article discusses the back-and-forth of the draft Broadcasting Bill by the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting.
In the article, she highlighted the issue of excessive delegated legislation. She said “Excessive delegated legislation must be minimized under the draft Bill, which is replete with the phrase “as may be prescribed”, as indicated in several reports.”
