Kunal Kamra, a stand up comedian in the aftermath of a judgement given by Justice DY Chandrachud, had certain comments indicating that he was favouring certain classes of people on social media platform, Twitter. A lawyer and two law students sought permission of the Attorney General of India to proceed with a case of contempt of court.
