On 18 December, 2013 a lady filed an FIR under Section 66A of the IT Act with the Gurgaon police, alleging that she was being harassed by an unknown lady telling her to stay away from her boss.
Upon investigation it was revealed that the unknown lady was the boss’s own wife and that she had been sending abusive messages and threatening her husband’s employee over the phone. The Police are currently investigating the case with the help of the cyber cell.
