Mobile Application development for Indian market still a dream

Balaji Kutty, Board member at SFLC.in, wrote an article in The Hindu explaining the issues that plague application development for mobiles in India. Issues faced by a mobile developers include lack of standardization in the case of java phones, frequent changes in Android versions, high cost of development for the iOS platform, new proprietary platforms like Bada which resulted in portability issues and decreasing demand for WAP skills.
