On 21 January, 2014 Aam Aadmi Party leader Kumar Vishwas booked under Sections 295A (deliberate and malicious acts intended to outrage religious feelings of any class by insulting its religion) and 66A of the IT Act, on the basis of a complaint filed by one Ram Prasad Mishra, general secretary of Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Sewa Samiti.
Vishwas had allegedly hurt religious sentiments with his remarks in some videos available online.
