A Nepalese youth was arrested by the Cyber cell police for sending obscene messages to a girl in Chandigarh. He was later sent to a 14 day judicial custody. Upon a complaint filed by the girl, who said she had been receiving obscene texts from an unknown person, the police initiated investigation which led them to Pandey’s employer.
