Executive for Fundraising and Communications

 

Job Description:

SFLC.in seeks a part time or full time Executive for Fundraising and Communications. The qualifying candidate will work with the Management team to help raise funds to expand SFLC.in work in defending digital freedoms. If you are passionate about digital rights, you will contribute to their defense by driving fundraising efforts towards building long-term partnerships and strong champions for the movement.

About You:

  • Passionate about Rights, Freedoms and Civil liberties. At least two (2) years of experience preferably in technology, law or policy.

  • Demonstrated experience in building, sustaining, and deepening relationships and managing existing partnerships.

  • Identifying opportunities for new partnerships by conducting prospect research;

  • Demonstrated experience in fund raising, grant and proposal writing.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines with a remote team .

  • Excellent written and verbal skills

  • Self-starter, sense of humor and a desire to do good.

Remuneration:

Competitive with Indian NGO pay scales.
